The Front of House Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the Founders Restaurant and outside services including the half-way hut and beverage carts, as well as help in the special events operations. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for supervising Front of House staff, outside F&B service staff and collaborating with the Chef & Sales /Events Manager. The Front of House Manager plays a vital role in the organization as these services are often the first experience members and guests have with the property. The Leader of F&B will ensure proper greetings of guests as they enter the facilities, execution of standard operating procedures, food expediting and most importantly being the detailed supervisory eye on the Front of House operations. This role will also be required to serve guests on a regular basis.
Front of House Manger Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of Front of House staff including scheduling, training, and general supervision
· Oversee that all opening and closing duties of the outlets are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained
· Responsible to reconcile daily deposits, and the correct operation of the POS systems
· Inventory and maintenance of par levels for Front of House items and half way hut, and event space
· Providing excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees
· Serve tables & work events as required
· Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards in their area
· Assist with management of special events and club functions
· Handle guest complaints
· Work closely with the Chef & Events Manager to provide a seamless experience
· Responsible for quality assurance of products leaving their outlets
· Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors (NSLC, NSLC Keg, Molson, Breton Brewing, NS Spirt Co)
- Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
- Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers

Requirements
· 5+ Years of Serving experience
· 2+ year supervisory/management experience,
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
· Willingness to accommodate a flexible work schedule
· Capable of performing some administrative duties
· Proficiency using Microsoft Office
