SalaryExciting opportunity to join a busy Fertility / Women’s Health Clinic as a Full Time Front Office Coordinator. Responsible for daily Front Office operations.
The ideal candidate is caring, warm, personable, and able to multitask. Must provide a great first impression and a positive customer experience. Comfortable with calculating and collecting payments, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and easy-going personality.
Responsibilities and skills will include, but are not limited to:
- Excellent and friendly phone skills
- Scheduling in-office and virtual appointments
- Greeting and checking patients in and out
- Verifying Health card
- Scanning
- Filing
- Sending medical records
- Collecting payments
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills
- Ensuring patients feel welcome when they are at the clinic, meeting all of their needs
- Creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members
- Must be friendly, reliable, courteous and a team player!
Experience: We would prefer a minimum of one year's experience in customer-facing work. Medical experience is a bonus!
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
