We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing exceptional guest services. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations and room assignments.
- Train and supervise front desk staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hotel industry is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
- Proficient in using front desk software and phone systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with ease.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
