From flavorful chaats to tempting Pav Bhaji, each dish we create reflects the vibrant and diverse culinary landscape of India's streets. We're committed to providing our customers with a memorable dining experience filled with bold flavors, aromatic spices, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude as they enter the restaurant.
- Assist guests in placing orders and provide recommendations when requested.
- Ensure order accuracy and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Ensure a well-stocked and appealing display of menu items.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the safety of our customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service experience is a plus.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for order processing.
- Reliable and punctual.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to create a positive customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.55-$27.04 per hour
