Job Description
The Front Store Clerk reports to the Front Store Manager. The Front Store Clerk will assist in promoting the store within the community and work with others to deliver a seamless customer experience. They will acknowledge customers and provide expert knowledge, while adhering all company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include answering customer inquires, restock shelves with products, answering the telephone, and maintain product displays.
Qualifications
· Above average verbal and written communication skills
· Self-directed and able to work independently
· Ability to work well in a team environment
· Proficient computer and data entry skills
· Flexibility in working hours
· Demonstrated ability to assist clients with concern and empathy, respecting confidentiality, and privacy, in a courteous and respectful manner
· Merchandising experience is an asset
Flex Schedule: Available to work Monday to Friday, Weekends and Statutory Holidays as per needs of the business.
