Frozen Department Associate/Grocery Associate

Frozen Department:

-Maintain product quality and inventory control using FIFO method

- shelving, facing and pricing items using stamp or stickers according to price list.

- Check display cases and shelves for damaged containers and expired items.

- Greets, assist and give proper recommendation for customers to find the suitable products

- Maintain the cleanness of the working area

- Keep inventory area and display area tidy

- Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Head, Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Key Qualifications:

• Able to be available to work flexible shifts, including morning, night, weekend and public vacation
• Responsible and reliable
• Customer Service oriented and able to make good decisions.
• Able to work under minimal supervision and have attention to detail.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in frozen foods / dairy / grocery is an asset.
• Understanding of both English and Chinese would be an asset

• Follows all applicable Company policies and procedures, Government regulations, Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.

Grocery Associate:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.50-$16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
