Ft Permanent Residential Support Worker

FT position is available.
The Residential Program Staff Member will provide a home-like atmosphere with a high quality of care to residents of the Plus industries residential Program.  This is accomplished by allowing for maximum independence and a high quality of life for each individual.  In addition, Residential Program Staff ensures all residents are given the opportunity for as much community integration possible.
Duties include:
- Developing, prioritizing, and implementing daily plans for residents;
- Assisting all residents with their daily routines including hygiene needs;
- Planning and providing well-balanced, nutritional meals with residents needs in mind;
- Assisting residents in daily chores whenever possible and appropriate including housecleaning and laundry.
