Fulfillment Supervisor

A Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for leading order fulfillment and shipping operations. The successful candidate is tech-savvy, and detail oriented.

GENERAL DUTIES

• Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently and within target ship dates

• Lead inventory management, including ensuring product availability and staying on top of oversell prevention

• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Lead a small but effective fulfillment team

• Train, coach and develop fulfillment associates

• Fulfill, pack and ship orders submitted via website

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Tech savvy, quick learner

• Comfortable working in a warehouse-like/order fulfillment environment

• Must be able to lift objects up to 40 pounds

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High sense of urgency when completing tasks

• Strong ownership taker and ability to work/think independently

• Strong organizational skills

• Reliable and flexible schedule, weekends and holidays based on business needs

• Lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Experience working in E-Commerce
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume role
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• Competitive Pay - $20-$24/hour depending on experience

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
