The Home Inn & Suites Swift Current is accepting applications for a Full-Time Hotel Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor. 8-hour shifts will be 3pm - 11pm (varying weekdays and 11pm - 7am (Sunday & Monday). The ideal candidate will have worked in the hotel industry and will understand the requirements of this role. The Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor must be upbeat, friendly and customer service oriented as they are the first point of contact for guests. They are responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, cancelling and changing room reservations, processing guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms.
