Full-Time Produce Manager

Country Grocer in Nanaimo is looking for an experienced and passionate Produce Managerto join our amazing leadership team! If you have what it takes to lead a team to success, and have fun doing it along the way, we would love to hear from you!

The Job:

• Leading and supporting the produce team to be the best that they can be
• Creating eye-catching displays and ensuring the presentation of the produce department is always up to the highest standards
• Responsible for placing orders with our warehouse and distributors, stocking shelves, and rotating and facing products
• Supervising and training the produce team; ensuring all duties and responsibilities are carried out

• You have experience in grocery management, and expert produce knowledge
• You have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Schedule Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends if required

Salary: $24.00 per hour
