As a Communications Zone team member, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service and sales experiences to our customers. You will be making genuine connections with every customer while you guide them through choosing the perfect solution for their wireless needs. Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required; we’re looking for someone who can focus on the big picture of creating lasting impressions with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Commit to offering an outstanding customer service experience by connecting and building rapport with a wide variety of customers;
- Actively listen to customers, ask the right questions, and offer solutions (products and services) which cater to customer needs;
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Meet and/or exceed all monthly sales targets
- Prospect and generate leads for new sales through call lists and CRM
- Build and maintain working relationships with new & existing customers to ensure return business and referral potential
- Complete accurate transactions in an effective and precise manner with an attention to detail;
- Adapt and deal effectively with a wide variety of situations and assist with complex customer issues by providing favorable solutions
- Ensure that the store is consistently in a clean and hygienic state
- Available to work Saturdays, no Sundays

- Saturday availability is required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.55 per hour
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Secondary School (preferred)
