Full Time Stable Hand Needed - Horse Boarding Facility

Prairie Mountain Ranch is looking for a mature, horse savvy Full Time Stable Hand - position open mid January.

Must be reliable and experienced handling horses. You will be expected to work in a team environment but also be able to work independently and unsupervised when needed. You must be physically fit to perform this job.

Job duties include but are not limited to: feeding, turn in/out, mucking stalls, cleaning turnout pens, general barn cleaning and maintenance (indoors & outdoors).

Applicants must be over 18 with a valid license and have a reliable vehicle.

Wage $16.00 - $17.00/hour to start (based on experience), 6 days on and 3 days off schedule, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Some weekend and holiday work will be required.

Please note there is no riding involved in this position.
