The Brick is actively seeking to expand our fleet team. We need enthusiastic people with a great customer focused attitude! The winning combination of team spirit and desire for career focused growth will ensure a rewarding experience in one of our fabulous Fleet division!
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Delivery Driver with route and schedule of deliveries
- Inspect and load product
- Physical lifting and carrying of products into customers’ homes with no damages
- Document delivery status
- Assembly of product in customers’ homes
- In home customer service including customer settlements
- Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle
- Will travel to New Liskeard and surrounding area delivering product to customers homes and dropping product off at Brick locations.
- If time allows you may help move or set-up product in the Brick location
- If time allows potentially pick-up, load and deliver non Brick related product
- Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- High school diploma or equivalent would be an asset but not mandatory
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Must pass a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick
- Valid G class driver’s license and clean driving absract is required
- Driving experience is as an asset, the helper can drive on occasion – Not required
