Human Resources Assistant

In this role you will assist the Department Managers and Section Managers with the administration of the day-to-day HR operations, functions and duties.  You will be highly organized, analytical and able to handle multiple tasks.

Education and Experience:

  • A post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business or other related academic field of study is preferred Preference for individuals with their CHRP designation or working towards the designation Two to three years of related work experience

 

Human Resources Specialist

The HR Specialist is responsible for designing and planning strategy and programs that support Bruce Power in on the areas listed:  Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, Leadership Training, Labour Relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Compensation & Benefits and Wellness & Disability Management.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field CHRP/CHRL designation is considered an asset Six to eight years of related work experience

 

Human Resources Process & Systems Analyst

The HR Business Process & Systems Analyst is responsible for the review and analysis of HR systems and processes and actively functions as a strategic resource for all Human Resource programs by providing robust technical and analytical support.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, Finance or other related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field Six to eight years of related work experience including database management, development of data models and custom report generation Experience with Workday HCM is considered an asset

 

HR Business Partner

As the Human Resources Business Partner you are the face of Bruce Power Human Resources with the Business line.  You will interface with all levels of employees providing quality expertise to your clients.  Supporting multiple programs, you will work collaboratively with the Human Resources team to deliver high quality Programs to the line and provide feedback to the division to make continuous improvements. 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field CHRP/CHRL designation is considered an asset Minimum of six years related work experience

 

HR Leadership

This position will manage the tactical, day-to-day operations of Human Resources while leading a team and actively function as a strategic resource for all Human Resource programs by providing robust technical, analytical and reporting support.  Key to the role is formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field CHRP/CHRL designation is considered an asset Six+ years of progressive HR experience
