Job Description:
The Gallery Coordinator will assist with day to day operations of the Cambria Gallery. This role will work with the sales team in assigning referral leads to approved partners. This individual will assist with guest relations and customer experience as well as some event coordination/details. The role will report to the Manager of the Gallery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the Gallery during open hours and evening event functions as needed
  • Greet and attend to guests and provide information to better help homeowners and designers understand the benefits of Cambria
  • Assist guests with design solutions for their project, as requested
  • Work closely with Cambria event marketing staff and other partners to assist with Gallery events and presentations
  • Manage communication between homeowners, business partners and the appropriate internal Cambria staff
  • Manage sample and marketing literature inventory within the Gallery
  • Work with Sr. Gallery Coordinator and Gallery Managers to track and manage leads from the gallery
  • Manage individual sales opportunities through the lead process
  • Maintain a clean Gallery and always make sure the space is presentable and in perfect condition
  • Stay educated on design trends
  • Professional and tailored in appearance to reflect our premium brand
  • Retail hours’ availability including weekends
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of organization and initiative
  • Passion for sales and closing skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties
  • Experience working on CAD or 2020 architectural programs is a plus
  • Experience in the home, building or interior design industry is a plus
  • Analytical, organization and follow up skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Minimum Requirements:
Education: College Degree (preferably Marketing, Interior Design / Home Fashion, Retail Sales)
Experience: Must have 0-3 years of related work experience
Systems: Outlook, Google Suites, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Salesforce (preferred), etc.

Additional Requirements:
Managerial Responsibilities: N/A
Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required both regionally and nationally
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials
