Game Technician Assistant (Permanent Full-time/Part-time)

An entertainment entity that provide fun and enthusiasm soft-play indoor playground, game room, and party room for family and friends to come in with their children.

We are now recruiting Game Technician Assistant.

Job Duties but not limited to:

· Assist technicians in performing various tasks related to installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and computer hardware systems.

· Follow instructions from senior technicians and learn how to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

· Accountable for safe installation and testing of machines in a timely manner; provide preventative maintenance of all game equipment and machines

· Assist in the setup and configuration of software applications and perform basic troubleshooting.

· Use hand tools to assist in assembling and disassembling equipment.

· Review and maintain the cleanliness and organization of games (ensures all games are clean and unobstructed)

· Assist customers’ inquiries when needed or by requests; rewards’ redemption and etc.

· Ensure stocking, displaying, and securing rewards/game merchandise in the appropriate storage areas (i.e. maintain proper inventory levels for games, game parts, prizes and redemption tickets)

· Recognizing and request to acquire the needed games parts, inventories and merchandise

· Promote ideas or suggest new games to be displayed for a better and fun place

Qualifications:

• Previous Game Technician Assistant experience or relevant in Game Room or Arcade.
• College Degree or equivalent; Diploma/certificate in computer technician program preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and ability to read schematics.
• Proficiency in computer hardware setup and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with low voltage systems is a plus.

· Able to meet the physical demands of some lifting when ensuring the stocking of inventory

· Multitasking with multiple customers; self-efficient and able to work independently with minimal or without supervision

· Enthusiasm individual in gaming/entertaining industry

· Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other team members

· Reliable/punctual with good communication and interpersonal skills; strong work ethics

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.55-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
