Kokanee Creek Provincial Park - Gatekeeper & Reservations

• In this front line position the successful candidate must have a strong sense of customer service and good communication skills
• Ability to thrive at peak checkin periods
• Day shift, 4 - 5 days per week, including 1 weekend day – 8:00am to 4:00 pm
• Responsible for checking campers in, collecting camping fees, selling firewood & ice and providing information on the park, Nelson and surrounding areas
• Previous cash handling, familiar with point of sale systems
• Willing to do other chores through the park
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs (firewood basket)

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
