We are expanding our team and currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our company as a Gear Cutting Machinist.

The ideal candidate will have:

• the ability to set up and operate gear hobbing and shaping machines both conventional and CNC machines
• excellent blueprint reading skills
• the ability to inspect and maintain accuracy through the gear cutting process
• extensive knowledge of machine cycles and tool optimization
• a clean & organized work area practicing Sigma 6

Skill Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing of gears and machine operation
• Completion of secondary school
• English (Written & Spoken) required
• Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities – willingness to cross train on multiple machines, when required
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong prioritization skills
