SalaryGreen Oaks Dairy Farm is hiring a full time employee. We milk roughly 200 cows in a robot barn, outside Truro.
We are willing to provide some training, but the preferred candidate has farm experience.
Duties may include:
- field work and cropping
- feeding calves
- general cleaning of the barn (scraping stalls, washing the holding area etc.)
- operating a tractor, skidsteer, and other farm equipment
- General Farm duties
The successful applicant must have a valid drivers licence.
Wage will depend on experience.
Mechanically inclined, an asset.
The job will start anytime.
The scheduled hours can be discussed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
