SalaryResponsibilities: - Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties - Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems - Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment - Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and other items as needed - Paint interior and exterior surfaces - Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Requirements: - Proven experience as a maintenance person or similar role - Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques - Proficient in using various tools and equipment - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - High school diploma or equivalent Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
