Execute basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical maintenance and repairs, including the following:

• Fix, stain, and sand woodwork
• repair shelving, caulk/seal sinks & toilets, and replace light bulbs plasterboard.
• Replace outlets and switches.
• Furniture and equipment can be taken apart, put back together, and repaired.
• Assess the building's safety and that of its parts, keeping an eye out for hazards like burned-out lights, unsteady doors, and hinges, cracked walls, and playground safety.
• Organize, monitor, and maintain equipment and supplies in work and storage spaces.
• Assistance with maintenance and cleanup during emergencies.
• In British Columbia, your driver's licence must be class 5/abstract.
• A benefit is having past experience working at several places.

Qualifications: Experience and abilities:

• You must have a valid driver's licence.
• A cheerful disposition and an eagerness to learn.
• The capacity for independence.
• The capacity to collaborate with others.
• You need to be physically fit and have experience using hand tools to succeed in this position, with 2 years of experience.
• Backcheck is required

Compensation: $17 to $ 20 based on experience.
