General Labourer (Seasonal)

This opening is suitable for a student as we will work with your school schedule for when you are available to begin work and when you go back to school.

HOW WE ENVISION THE RIGHT FIT FOR THIS POSITION:

A physically fit individual with a good attitude, willing to work independently as well as part of a team.

WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES YOU TO DO:

· Install and remove tents with our great crews (training provided)

· Deliver other rental items to their respective locations

· Drive delivery vehicles to transport products to customer locations (training will be supplied, valid driver's license and driver's abstract required)

· Loading and unloading of vehicles for deliveries and pick-ups

· Inventory maintenance/cleaning and putting inventory back into its respective locations

· Keeping the warehouse floor organized and clear of obstacles / clutter

WHAT ADDITIONAL ASSETS WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE OUT OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· Ability to lift 50lbs, consistently

· Ability to lift 75lbs is an asset

· Strong communication skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· Commercial driving experience (an asset but not required)

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4-5 months

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

• Labour Work: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Class 5 Driver's License (required)
