We’re not in the Wing business. We’re in the Flavour business. At Wingstop, our mission is to Serve the World Flavour. No one does Wings like us because no one cares like us. We take pride in serving up the ultimate Flavour Experience unlike any other. Wingstop is a new Brand to Canada with a 100 unit development agreement. All stores will be corporate, with our first planned for mid May in Toronto. We are looking to have 4 locations open in 2022, 8 in 2023, and 12 in 2024!

General Manager Responsibilities

● Support the District Manager in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and direct the daily operations.

● Ensure the restaurant environment is always safe for both team members and guests.

● Ensure staff are providing the guest with a positive, long-lasting impression of the Wingstop experience and contributing to a positive team environment.

● Immediately notify the DM of all guest issues or complaints.

● Resolve low level guest issues with efficiency and a positive attitude.

● Control cash, property, product, and equipment.

● Build sales, control labour, and food costs.

● Submit product orders, take daily inventory, and proper system documentation.

● Implement and monitor shift supervisor development and performance improvement plans and ensure performance plans are written and executed as needed.

● Maintain operational standards and requirements in the restaurant; identify and communicate maintenance problems to the facilities department and/or DM.

● Coach, mentor, and develop team members to ensure a high-performing restaurant team.

● Ensure all risk management issues follow company standards.

● Ensure completion of all AM set-up/PM closing checklists and procedures.

● Handle all orders and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner and provide top quality product to all guests.

● Must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your team. Lead by example.

● Knowledgeable about the menu and being able to coach staff and supervisors to suggest and/or upsell to guests.

● Maintain food quality control and manage productivity at all times.

● Ensure food is handled safely and procedures are always followed by staff.

● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product and coach on procedural changes.

● Manage cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the restaurant.

● Open communication with DM of all safety, sanitation, or team member issues.

● Ability to execute Local Store Marketing - LSM

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
