Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including sales, budgeting, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent sales management abilities, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.
- Develop and maintain a system for tracking tasks and projects within the office to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Serve as the point of contact for all employees, providing leadership and direction as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers to order stock, negotiate prices, and manage delivery schedules to meet inventory requirements.
- Analyze sales patterns, anticipate consumer needs, and order stock accordingly to maximize sales and minimize surplus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other office management software.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $200,000.00 per year
