Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all dealership operations, ensuring excellence in customer service and satisfaction.

· Lead and develop a team of professionals in sales, service, and administration.

· Implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.

· Uphold and promote the Cam Clark Group's core values of Integrity, Growth, Commitment, Community and fun while driving for excellence in all business dealings.

· Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, encouraging team growth and development.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, the local community, and industry partners.

· Ensure compliance with all automotive and business regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

· Proven leadership experience in automotive dealership management. General Management experience for a min of 2 years with an automotive dealership. Toyota experience is required.

· Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to inspire and lead a team towards success.

· Commitment to upholding the highest standards of customer service and ethical conduct.

· Understand Variable and fixed operations in an automotive store.
