General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at GREEN BOX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the QSR industry, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, drive sales and profitability, and ensure that our guests receive a consistently high-quality dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing initiatives and promotional activities
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize costs
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a management role in the QSR industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, safety, and sanitation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
