You will lead/execute our new/used vehicle sales strategy, drive results in F&I, customer retention, & team member growth.

Your Day to Day:
- Plan, organize, direct, mentor and evaluate subordinate sales staff, ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, and provide staff with up to date marketing and promotional information
- Develop and implement sales operation plans to achieve monthly and annual goals
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for growth
- Lead the development and execution of the dealership’s sales strategy
- Provide short, medium, and long-term objectives for new and pre-owned vehicle sales
- Contribute ideas and participate in the development and implementation of the dealership’s marketing and advertising initiatives
- Effectively manage costs to improve efficiency
- Develop a strong team to fully execute on the sales strategy for dealership
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 2 years dealership sales management experience required
- F&I experience is an asset
- Good understanding of the sales process and being able to execute and achieve high closing ratios
- CDK and/or VIN automotive software systems experience is an asset
- A valid driver's license & safe driving history is required
