Genesys Cloud Engineer

Role Overview

In this role you will be designing and implementing innovative Genesys Cloud contact center solutions for our client.

What you will do

  • Work on OMNI Channel to help define the permission roles and group functions within the system.
  • Telephony configurations including trunks, dial plans, metrics, etc.
  • Guiding the direction on Genesys App Foundry partners and how to navigate and configure services. Examples include Event Bridge, WFM (TTECH), CM Staging, CDS, etc.
  • Assisting in the workflow processes for API usage and pipelines.
  • Knowledge transfer/training of Genesys Cloud Services for OMNI Channel staff.

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ Years of Hands-on solution experience with contact center solution Genesys Cloud.
  • Good Understanding of contact center business operations, processes & transaction flows.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
