Salary```Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the course maintenance team
- Plan and prioritize work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing
- Irrigation of tees and greens as needed
- Monitor and maintain equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance
- Train and mentor team members on proper work techniques
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role in the industry
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve project goals
- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment and tools
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Please note that this position requires physical stamina as it involves working outdoors in various weather conditions.```
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 36 weeks
Salary: $850.00-$1,200.00 per week
