Job:Retail Supervisor – Seasonal, Full Time Position
Job Purpose: This position requires the maintenance of the high quality of service standards and safety protocols required by the Golf Operation. Retail sales, restocking and merchandising of Golf Shop inventory and Point of Sales operation would be one focus of your duties. You would manage the daily bookings and tee sheet and ensure the efficient tee time check-in of all playing guests. You would need to effectively deal with cash, credit card, debit card and room charge transactions and be able to balance transactions at the end of the day. Following training you would be required to be fully knowledgeable of all Golf, Hotel and Casino facilities and services, with the ability to promote and direct guests to those areas. You would also need to foster and ensure open communication between the Golf Shop, Maintenance Department, Starters, Marshals and all other Resort Departments.
Qualifications: A High school Diploma an acceptable combination of related experience, education and or training. Retail experience in a supervisor role would be considered an asset. Knowledge of the game of golf is extremely important.

· Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications

Conditions of Employment:
Must be flexible to work weekend, evening, early morning and holiday shifts. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable handling guest concerns when applicable.
