Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our team and deliver incredible Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions to our financial sercies clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the successful design, development, and implementation of GRC Technology Solutions to address governance, risk, and Compliance challenges.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and align solutions with organizational goals.
- Develop strategies and roadmaps for implementing GRC solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the design and implementation process.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in existing GRC processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system design, configurations, and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in GRC technology and propose innovative solutions to enhance organizational capabilities.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (5-10+ years) in designing and implementing RSA Archer solutions for GRC.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and Compliance frameworks and regulations.
- Strong background in technology risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology-related risks in line with GRC frameworks
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Archer and/or ServiceNow IRM with associated certifications
- Experience with other GRC platforms or tools.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Technical Abilities:
- Proficiency in GRC platforms, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Familiarity with database management systems for data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of web technologies and APIs for system integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and their impact on GRC solutions.
