ABOUT
St. Helen's School in Burnaby is currently seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and faith-filled full-time Grade 5316f560beafbeb227f936e921fdc4d6 for the upcoming 2024-25 school year . We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment, and with two grade 4 classes, our teachers have the opportunity to work closely together in planning and implementing engaging curriculum.
Our school boasts a comprehensive Catholic educational program, which includes enriching experiences such as field trips. One notable excursion is a three-day outdoor education program at Evan's Lake at the start of the academic year. Additionally, students participate in a curriculum-aligned Indigenous program to deepen their understanding and appreciation of Indigenous cultures.
We are looking for a candidate who not only possesses a strong grasp of educational technology but also demonstrates adaptability in tailoring lessons to accommodate the diverse learning needs of our students. Experience in these areas will be highly valued.

On an on-going basis, we accept teacher applications for grade levels K to 12 for our Catholic schools throughout the Greater Vancouver Area and Powell River in beautiful British Columbia. All Catholics, non-Catholics, new education grads, and experienced teachers from across Canada are strongly encouraged to apply. Our major hiring season is in April for the following school year, but we recommend that you apply now as we receive an influx of applications.

The Catholic Independent Schools of the Vancouver Archdiocese (the CISVA) operates 46 schools - 40 elementary and 6 high schools.
