Job Summary:
The Digital & Offset Poduction Co-ordinator works independently and with teams to meet company objectives by managing day-to-day small commercial digital orders, co-ordinating with production and managing client expectations.
Major Responsibilities:
- Open work orders and complete dockets with accurate order information
- Co-ordinate multiple job order with changing priorities
- Handle all incoming and outgoing client calls to co-ordinate timing, solve problems and answer general inquiry questions
- Act as a liaison between customers and the production process including meetings
- Plan and co-ordinate activities with other departments to ensure efficient and effective interaction in the execution of client orders
- Conduct Quality Control monitoring through various stages of client’s orders
- Co-ordinate outsourcing of jobs for specialty processes not performed in-house. Ensure scheduling requirements and arrange for pick up
- Determine stock requirements and place orders for timely procurement
