Located in the Woodbridge community of Vaughan off of Highway 400, our multidisciplinary clinic serves clients seeking massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, skin rejuvenation, fat reduction, laser hair reduction and medical aesthetics. Our beautiful office and friendly staff make our clinic appealing for clients who need a moment to focus on themselves in their busy lives.

Job Description

The Greeter/Reception role is the heart of the clinic and the link between the practitioners, the clients and the clinic owner. This role is perfect for you if:

• You are a social problem solver - when someone has a problem you find satisfaction in understanding what they really want and finding a way to deliver it.
• You are an easygoing self-starter - You are friendly, comfortable in your own skin and work well on your own.
• You are a detail-oriented multitasker - you can easily focus on the client in front of you without losing track of the task you’re in the middle of.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment bookings coming in from calls, emails, and social media
• Greet and check-in clients
• Check-out and receive payment
• Ongoing laundry processing

Qualifications and Skills

• Warm personality and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills and typing
• Strong oral and written communication
• Experience working in a small-business

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 per hour
