Grill Cook

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grill Cook to join our team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your attention to detail, knowledge of food safety regulations, and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the success of our kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Assist in stocking inventory and maintaining adequate supplies
- Adhere to all sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, grilling methods, and cooking equipment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
