Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Grocery Clerk/Cashier to join our team. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the grocery department. Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Stock shelves with products and ensure proper product placement

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grocery department

- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries

- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

- Receive and unload deliveries, checking for accuracy and quality

- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies

Experience:

- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of technical sales or technology products is a plus

- Bilingual skills (English and another language) are advantageous

- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries

Salary: $16.75-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
