Responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional member service
- Maintaining staff levels by recruiting, selecting, orientating, developing personal growth opportunities and training employees

- Achieving results by communicating job expectations by planning, monitoring, and appraising performance through talent management including coaching and disciplining employees
- Coordinating workloads and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Establishing strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operational information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes
- Accomplishing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing annual budgets; controlling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Maintaining exceptional service by enforcing quality customer interactions, and solving problems
- Pursuing continual learning by attending educational workshops available on the CRS hub and CRS courses and marketing meetings

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skills in performance management, coaching, supervision, quality management, results achievement, developing budgets, implementing standards, fostering teamwork and leading a team
- Ability to handle pressure and provide feedback to employees in tough or uncomfortable situations
- Commitment to cooperative values and principles
- Sense of urgency, and customer first attitude
- Physically capable of performing dynamic and static movements, repetitive motions, and repeated lifting of up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Ability to work in cool and damp environments
Successful applicant will have completed one on one food training
