Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires both landscape maintenance and mechanical knowledge.

Duties:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing and maintaining equipment and machinery.

- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed.

- Maintain the landscape by mowing lawns, trimming trees and shrubs, and watering plants.

- Use hand tools and power tools to complete various maintenance projects.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.

- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in general maintenance work.

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot issues.

- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods.

- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and ability to maintain outdoor areas.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and management.

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
