Responsibilities:
- Conduct invigorating Group Fitness classes catering to various fitness levels.
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness objectives.
- Develop creative and engaging workout routines.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive fitness environment.
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques.
Qualifications:
- Specialty certification or group exercise certification from a nationally recognized organization.
- Current CPR and Standard First Aid
- Professional liability insurance.
- A professional approach to the industry, which suits the corporate fitness/wellness business.
- Enthusiasm, passion and energy!
- A commitment to customer service and program excellence
- Previous experience leading Group Fitness classes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
