Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Assist with reservations and cottage assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all resort policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel , resort or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual skills in English and another language are a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures is desirable
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
