WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Full-time GUEST HUBTelephone operator

Join the Hyatt as a Telephone Operator, empowered to ensure each guest has an amazing stay by providing a genuine and welcoming experience through our hotel communication channels.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE?

• Answer internal and external calls

• Manage the hotel communication channels i.e phone, email and other platforms

• Using Zello our internal radio channel, hotsos our housekeeping software, parkade gate system and monitoring CCTV and fire panels

• Communicate with the ERT in case of emergency

• Take in-Room Dining orders

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Communicating inquiries and information to departments in the Hotel

• Rotating shifts based upon operational needs

• Valid work authorization for Canada

This role will typically allow a minimum of 30 hours per week

The starting hourly rate for this role is $19CAD per hour
