Position Overview:

As a Guest Services Specialist at Wander the Resort, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ultimate satisfaction of our guests. You will be the face of our resort, providing warm hospitality and impeccable service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in process.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and engaging demeanour while interacting with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Effectively communicate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and ensure a smooth flow of operations.
• Handle guest feedback with tact and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and special requests.
• Handle check-out procedures efficiently and assist with billing inquiries.
• Proactively identify and resolve any challenges or issues faced by guests to ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement improvements based on guest feedback.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or Guest Services is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the local area and attractions in Prince Edward County.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
