Role Overview:

• Seeking a highly experienced Product Consultant with in Guidewire Claim Center with experience in Functional Business Scorecard and Business Services. Nice to have experience in Guidewire - Contact and Guidewire. Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.

What You'll Do:

• As a Product Consultant you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and configuration of GW - ClaimCenter.
• Create Functional Business Scorecard and Business Services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their business needs.
• Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Seeking a highly expert Senior Product Consultant with 10 to 12 years of demonstrated ability in GW - ClaimCenter.
• Experienced in Functional Business Scorecard and Business Services.
• Good to have experience in Guidewire - Contact, Policy Center and Billing Center.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
• Must be able to efficiently handle and coordination documentation (process flows) and data.

Working arrangements:

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON, Canada.
