Gym Receptionist

**Position Overview:**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, be fluent in both English and French, and possess a genuine passion for fitness.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist members with a warm and professional demeanor

- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, phone inquiries, and facility tours

- Handle membership inquiries, sign-ups, and renewals

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Provide exceptional customer service and address member needs promptly

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless member experience

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 5 years in a customer service role

- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficient in basic computer skills and office software

- Previous experience in a fitness or high-end gym setting is a significant advantage

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
