Studio Assistant

Duties:
- Provide support to the studio manager and staff with running daytime fitness programs

- Help with marketing efforts, such as social media updates and promotional materials

- research and implement promotional efforts to build and retain clientele
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and classes
- Greet and check-in clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies

Experience:
- Previous experience in a fitness environment

- Strong knowledge of fitness and fitness programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operations of the studio
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions accurately

- Socialble, Energetic and passionate about fitness.

Job Types: Internship / Co-op, Part-time, Apprenticeship, Full-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: $15.50-$24.87 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Fitness: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (preferred)
