We provide safety coordination, project planning and trained safety personnel for turn-around, construction, drilling and day-to-day field operations.
Bravo Target Safety is looking for experienced, career-minded H²S Safety Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to begin or advance your career within Bravo Target Safety.
Position Description
Job Duties:
- Communicate with client representatives on day-to-day operations
- Provide safety support to client representatives including any reasonable requests outside of normal duties
- Maintain vehicles, shacks, and work areas in clean, tidy and professional condition.
- Provide complete and accurate handover information to relieving Safety Technician
- Maintain a mature and profession relationship with all personnel in the workplace, co-workers, HSE Supervisors and managers
- Assist managers in providing competency goals are met as laid out in “Training and Competencies”
- Ensure all pertinent paperwork is completed accurately, neatly and in a timely manner
- Understand the functions and maintenance of the equipment operating
- Report and communicate regularly to Dispatch on the following critical changes necessary that may directly affect dispatch
- Emergency Situations
- Accommodation checks out.
- Occurrences on the jobsite
- Additional personnel or equipment required
- Changing locations
- Departure of locations
- Maintain a daily journal of all activities directly related to the job
- Maintain a light duty kilometer/driver’s log
- Report all deficiencies to senior staff and direct supervisor
- Conduct H²S drills, man down drills and H²S task-specific safety meetings
- Conduct equipment maintenance procedures at the field level, gate security, rover, and roadblock duties.
- Rig in and rig out gas detection equipment and air trailers
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Be fit for duty daily
- Comply with all of Bravo Target Safety’s and/or Clients rules and expectations
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate leadership in all aspects of the job
- Must have strong written and communication skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to react appropriately in stressful situations
- Must be computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work away from home for extended periods of time, work long hours and be able to work both day and night shift
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol testing
- Confined Space Entry
- Clean Class 5 Driver’s License
- Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level A or C
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- H2S Alive
- Achieve and maintain an overall compliance of 100% with our online training system
