Hairdressing Apprentice

Salon Augustin is a full-service high-end hair salon that has been in business for over 40 years. We are currently looking for an outgoing, bilingual, and hard-working Hair Assistant. Full time and part time are both available.

**Pay is negotiable and based on experience**

Position Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and preparing clients for treatment
• Shampooing and providing hair treatments
• Sweeping floors / folding towels / keeping salon clean and tidy
• Stocking and cleaning retail area
• Assisting Hairstylists / Colorists
• Learning about hairstyling/coloring
• If you have the experience: begin styling and coloring hair at a junior/beginner level (opportunity to grow quickly)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Dollard-des-ormeaux, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• hair styling: 1 year (preferred)
