Hair Stylist

Duties:

- Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair.
- Greet clients and ensure they feel comfortable and welcome in the salon.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide recommendations based on their preferences and hair type.
- Sanitize and maintain a clean work area, including tools and equipment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques to provide clients with modern and stylish looks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Upsell salon services and retail products to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, services provided, and products used.

Experience:

- Strong skills in front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
- Proficient in a variety of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, perming, and styling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and create a positive salon experience.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain a clean and safe salon environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their hair needs.
- Experience in upselling salon services and retail products to maximize revenue.
- Retail sales experience is a plus.
