Hairstylist with clientele!

Vivid hair design is ready to find an amazing outgoing stylist with clientele who is ready to take their career to the next level! As a team we believe that to stay on top of our game education is a critical part of our careers. We enjoy collaborating and helping each other out with starting from greeting our guests to mixing formulas and washing hair! Each of us brings a different talent to the team and we are lucky to be able to share our knowledge with each other!!

We are a cozy salon located in the beautiful neighborhood of Renfrew. Although this is a new location for us, Vivid hair design has been in business for over 10 years. Client care is a top priority for all of us who work with Vivid. It doesn't matter if if your client is a new client or one you have seen for the past 20 years we believe the should leave feeling like rock stars every time!!

Our clients appreciate our warm and inviting environment. We work very hard to create lasting connections with each and every client.

Along with the amazing work environment here at vivid we realize that people also have a life outside of work. We are willing to work on a flexible schedule to help meet everyone’s needs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional hair styling services to clients
- Consult with clients to determine their desired hairstyle and provide recommendations
- Perform haircuts, hair coloring, and hair treatments according to client preferences
- Style and finish hair using various techniques and tools
- Keep workstations clean and sanitized
- Maintain knowledge of current hair trends and techniques
- Up-sell salon products and retail sales to clients

Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology license
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of a wide range of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $500.00-$4,000.00 per week
