The ideal candidate will be responsible, independent, efficient, motivated, and resourceful. This role requires someone capable of working independently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining the quality of work.
1- Interior Housekeeping:
- Floor cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Stair railing maintenance
- Laundry room upkeep
2- General Building Maintenance:
- Perform minor repairs
- Bulb replacement and facility maintenance as needed
3- Exterior Property Maintenance:
- Leaf collection
- Snow shoveling in winter
- Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor spaces
4- Waste Management:
- Responsible for setting up containers
- Collecting and recycling waste according to the established schedule
5- Assistance with Other Tasks:
- Assisting other employees in projects such as apartment painting, plastering, sanding, and more.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Valid driver's license and a car are necessary (travel expenses will be reimbursed)
